The hospital's mission is to provide quality primary and emergency care to the community in a professional, accessible and compassionate manner.
Over its history, Hickman Community Hospital has expanded its services to include a local home heath program and become the first hospital in Tennessee to qualify as a Critical Access Hospital. In 1996, Baptist Hospital purchased the hospital. In January of 2002, Hickman Community Hospital became a member of Saint Thomas Health Services and Ascension Health.
